Anti-Plagiarism Policy


The Anti-Plagiarism declaration policy, By the submitting original research article, review article, case report for publication to International Journal of Cardiology and Clinical Research (IJCCR) all authors of manuscript that certify all authors are fully aware that plagiarism policy is illegal and wrong and all authors know that plagiarism is the use of another author (s) idea and published work and contents of any published articles and to pretend that it is one's own research work.

International Journal of Cardiology and Clinical Research (IJCCR) provide Ethical standards for publication exist to ensure reliable and high-quality scientific research publications, public trust in scientific findings, and that researchers receive credit for their work and ideas. IJCCR follows strict Code of Conduct and aims to adhere to its Best Practice Guidelines.

Examples of plagiarism: 

1. Copying and pasting from the Internet and posting somewhere else without proper citation.

2. Putting your name on another person’s essay or project.

3. Copying exact wording from another published Article.

4. Using another published Article’s photo, diagram, tables, graphs, or ideas without proper citation.

5. Presenting research in your own words without providing references.

6. Purchasing another person’s text and using it as your own.

7. Presenting ideas in the same format and order as your research source.

By submitting article for publication to the journal, Author(s) certify that: 

1. I/We are fully aware that plagiarism is wrong

2. I/We know that plagiarism is the use of another person’s idea or published work and to pretend that it is one’s own.

3. I/ We declare that each contribution to your project from the work(s) of other peoples published works or unpublished sources have been acknowledged and source of information have been referenced.

4. I/We certify that we are solely responsible for any incomplete reference that may remain in my/our work.

Duplicate Submission: Manuscripts that are found to have been published elsewhere, or to be under review elsewhere, will incur duplicate submission sanctions. If authors have used their own previously published work, or work that is currently under review, as the basis for a submitted manuscript, they are required to cite the previous work and indicate how their submitted manuscript offers novel contributions beyond those of the previous work.

Improper Author Contribution or Attribution: All listed authors must have made a significant scientific contribution to the research in the manuscript and approved all its claims. It is important to list everyone who made a significant scientific contribution, including students and laboratory technicians.

Penalty

In the event that there are documented violations of any of the above mentioned policies of IJCCR , regardless of whether or not the violations occurred in a journal published by IJCCR, the following rules will be applied:

1. Immediate rejection of the infringing manuscript.

2. Immediate rejection of every other manuscript submitted to any journal published by IJCCR by any of the authors of the infringing manuscript.

3. Prohibition against all of the authors for any new submissions to IJCCR, either individually or in combination with other authors of the infringing manuscript, as well as in combination with any other authors. This prohibition will be imposed for a minimum of 2 years.

4. Prohibition against all of the authors from serving on the Editorial Board of IJCCR.

In cases where the violations of the above policies are found to be particularly offensive/flagrant, the publisher reserves the right to impose additional restrictions beyond those described above.
