The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for deciding which manuscript submitted to International Journal of Cardiology And Clinical Research (IJCCR) will be published. The Editor-in-Chief is guided by the Editorial Policy and constrained by legal requirements in force regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism. When a manuscript is submitted to the journal, it is assigned to the Editor-in-Chief, who performs initial screening. Peer-reviewed articles support and exemplify the scientific method. Therefore, it is important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in publishing: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer, the publisher, and the society. A concern raised by a single peer reviewer or the editor may result in the manuscript being rejected. Authors receive peer review reports with the editorial decision on their manuscript. Review reports help authors revise their article such that it may be accepted for publication. Reports accompanied by a recommendation to reject the article explain the major weaknesses of the research; this will help the authors prepare their manuscript for submission to a different journal.

International Journal of Cardiology And Clinical Research (IJCCR) is guided by COPE Guidelines, ensuring integrity and ethical standards in our editorial processes. However, we also prioritize our existing policies and principles, which encompass a commitment to academic rigor, fairness, and transparency.

The peer review process can be broadly summarized into following steps, although these steps can vary slightly between journals.

Manuscript Submission to IJCCR

The corresponding or submitting author submits the Manuscript to the IJCCR.

This is usually via an online submission and editor mail id: editor@ijccr.info

Occasionally, IJCCR may accept submissions by E-mail: editor@ijccr.info

Our policy is that reviewers should not be assigned to manuscript if:

1. The reviewer is based at the same institution as any of the co-authors.

2. The reviewer is based at the funding body of manuscript.

3. The author has recommended the reviewer.

4. The reviewer has provided a personal (e.g. Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail) email account and an institutional email account cannot be found after performing a basic Google search (Name, Department and Institution).

Acknowledgements

All Contributors who do not meet the criteria for authorship should be listed in an Acknowledgements section.

Example of those might be Acknowledged include a person who provide purely technical help or a Department chair who provide only general support.

As Per Recommendations - ICMJE Guideline for URM It is best practice to obtain consent from non Author contributors who are Acknowledgement in Your Article.
